A real Kiwi welcome from days gone by, tea and fresh scones and a cheery greeting from Noeline on arrival at Noeline's Homestay.

Whether you have walked all the way from Ship Cove at the start of The Queen Charlotte Track or just up the short track from Noeline's jetty, straight off your water transport, your warm, friendly welcome is assured from the person who has become the Marlborough Sounds most travelled 'Legend'.

Noeline's Homestay sits upon a bush-covered point overlooking Endeavour Inlet with views across to Furneaux Lodge and up to Mt Stokes. Dolphins and occasionally Orca are seen passing by in the sparkling waters, the comings and goings of the Sounds boats are always interesting and there is the ever-present chorus of the birdlife in the surrounding bush.

The Homestay has less than a hand full of beds so booking is very necessary, linen can be supplied at a small extra charge and there are full self-catering facilities.

Below the Homestay is a lovely beach and it is only a short walk to the nearby Lodge and Resort for a restaurant meal and bar.

Noeline's is the perfect place to stop over while walking the Queen Charlotte Track. Share travelling stories or just listen to some of the local lore ..at Noeline's you are guaranteed the real "Kiwi" experience.

Noeline's prices are for the World Traveller and Backpacker. Bookings can be made with Noeline on 03 - 579 8375 or via The Villa's booking page. A secure server is available on www.thevilla.co.nz/secure. Please ask for Noeline's on The Villa's booking page.
