Villa Backpackers Lodge is a 100 year old character home with The Cottage next door,
homestyle hospitality — small and friendly with beautiful gardens, relaxing
verandah, large private backyard, great music, and all the facilities you can expect
from a good hostel.

Apple Crumble has started! Enjoy our World Famous free desert nightly ...until the apples run out close to next Summer.
Great Nelson export quality apples plus kiwi ice cream, yummo!
Our Free breakfast has started too .... great Dutch bread from the Bakkerij next door, whitebread too plus honey, jams, marmalade and peanut butter. Tea and coffee as well.
Our Family room is back in action, a double bed plus a set of bunks, tv etc ....comfortable for a family of four etc.
The pubs are busy and some have live music most nights.. Picton has the best coffee too!
Camping gear is available at reception for a modest hire charge ...particularly useful when the Queen Charlotte Track is busy ....loaner walking boots and shoes too.
